Transitioning from high school to college or from college to “the real world” is no easy task but when struggling with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Physical Health concerns, or feeling connected to peers or life on campus, college can be overwhelming at best. Often, your college counseling center is a great place to access helpful services but you have several options available to you. At ARC Counseling and Wellness, we love working with college students and understand their particular needs and the kinds of support that benefits them the most. We have appointments available to accommodate your busy class schedule and offer quiet space for you to study and be productive when working in your room or on campus just is not effective.
